Every order ships free within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays and Lost Packages

Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email support@sitvana.shop with your order number and we'll help.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email support@sitvana.shop as soon as possible. We can update it only before your order ships.
